Vicenza, July 2nd, 2026 – Palladio Holding (“PFH”), together with the management team, is launching the new private equity vehicle PH Capital, marking the evolution of the investment model towards an increasingly hands-on approach to value creation.
The new vehicle, led by Nicola Iorio, combines permanent capital with a senior, multidisciplinary investment team. Depending on each investment, the team will be complemented by a network of co-investors, active co-investors and operating partners selected according to the expertise required to support each portfolio company, contributing not only financial resources but also industry knowledge, relationships and operational capabilities.
PH Capital targets 400 million euros in investments, with equity tickets ranging from 20 to 70 million euros. PH Capital’s distinctive feature is its flexibility and industrial approach to investments: timing, investment structure and composition of the investor group are defined according to the needs of each individual project and the dynamics of the relevant sector, without typical private equity constraints.
The platform will pursue two strategic directions: “Transformational Investments”, for companies facing significant paths of growth, innovation, consolidation or change; and a “Sparring Partner” role, in which PH Capital steps in as a strategic partner in selected investments where the direct relationship with entrepreneurs, managers and investors will be central to the next phase of development.
The management team driving the initiative alongside PFH has solid experience in private equity and industrial transformation, combining high-caliber entrepreneurial, managerial and operational capabilities with strong financial expertise.
Roberto Meneguzzo, Founder of Palladio Holding
“PH Capital marks an important milestone in Palladio Holding’s growth and evolution over more than 45 years of operation, and we are proud to launch this new initiative alongside the management team that has contributed to the results achieved to date. In today’s increasingly challenging private equity market, financial capital alone is no longer enough: with PH Capital, our ambition was to create an innovative investment ecosystem – a new vehicle in which management, investors and operating partners share financial resources, know-how and a high level of specialization to generate value and contribute to the growth of companies through a shared strategic approach and vision.”
Nicola Iorio, CEO of Palladio Holding and Managing Partner of PH Capital
“PH Capital stems from our desire to formalize the evolution of our investment model, which combines capital flexibility with strong industrial expertise to support entrepreneurs and companies during their growth and transformation phases, with a long-term perspective. The new platform is based on the principle of full alignment of interests among all stakeholders: PFH’s capital, supporting individual investments as the lead sponsor and permanent investor, alongside the management team, active co-investors and operating partners involved in individual transactions through club deals, all fully sharing the same goal of creating value over the medium term.”
